Every story has a beginning…here’s mine!

Five years ago I had a spiritual awakening and began my joyful journey to coming home to ME! In the past five years, I have studied with different masters, shamans, and teachers and have developed a heavy box of tools I want to share with the world. My passion is to spread joy and help others learn how to heal THEMSELVES. Everything we need is within.

As a mother of two beautiful daughters, I’ve had a front-row seat to the joys and challenges of growing up in today’s world. I’ve watched my girls navigate moments of self-doubt, mood swings, sleep struggles, and the pressures of living in a fast-paced, technology-driven society.

I’ve also witnessed their incredible resilience — and how the right tools, support, and loving guidance can help them shine again. Through trial, error, and deep learning, I’ve supported my daughters in building confidence, regulating their emotions, and finding their sense of self when the world around them felt overwhelming.

That journey lit a fire in me. I realized I didn’t just want to help my own girls — I wanted to help other girls, too. This is more than coaching to me. It’s a calling. And I’d be honored to walk alongside your daughter on her journey back to her brightest self. 🌿✨
